The Party Awaits

The Party Awaits

Driving a Party Bus can be a interesting job. Handling a large group of people while in motion takes a certain kind of person. Now add load music, customers drinking alcohol, people trying to dance and having to keep a smile on your face at all times…NOW THAT’S A JOB.

When operating a large vehicle, the standard rules and regulations with a reputable limousine company will be determined by that company and the local government. You should have the proper experience on handling larger vehicles not only over the road but also with passengers. Human lives are the most precious cargo one can carry, so focusing on safety is still a must no matter what the situation. A party bus driver must keep calm, cool and collected under all circumstances while keeping his or hers eyes on the road. It’s almost like advanced baby sitting except in motion. When dealing with parties, rest assure that something out of the norm will always happen. With this in mind, a good driver must always know the destination prior to moving. Driving and looking in a map book at the same time is a bad combination.

Be Prepared

A good driver should always be prepared for all types of emergencies. Carrying a safety bag equipped with jumper cables, flares, triangles and a first aid kit is highly recommended. Be sure to know what to do in case of a blow out/flat tire. Always keep your customers calm during a breakdown and contact the company immediately. NEVER PANIC! Your customers will sense it. Last but not least, a good driver will always maintain good hygiene. Dress to impress and take pride in what you do.
